Shipping

We know how frustrating it can be to figure out shipping costs, so all of the items we sell will be shipped fast and for $8 — USPS Priority Mail (except to Hawaii and Alaska). Items should arrive three to five business days from the ship date. That's most of what there is to it, what follows is the fine print.

$8 USPS Priority Mail shipping applies to items in our store shipping to U.S. delivery addresses in the continental United States and the District of Columbia, but is subject to other geographic shipping restrictions that may apply to particular products. Shipping for items to Alaska and Hawaii will be priced at time of checkout (according to actual shipping cost). Orders must be shipped to an address (sorry, we can't ship to P.O boxes).

Currently we are not able to ship internationally. ILoveOrla reserves the right to change or discontinue $8 USPS Priority Mail shpping, or other promotions at its discretion.

Exchanges and Returns

Items will be accepted for exchange or return within 10 days of the date printed on your receipt only if accompanied by a receipt and in its original condition.

We're sorry, but any products that have been worn or used cannot be returned.

Returns postmarked more than 10 days after the date of your original receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns accepted after 21 days from original receipt.

Shipping fees for returns are at the expense of the buyer.
